Department Manager – Premium Fashion brand
Description:
- Lead and build up the group to convey Brand Experience brilliance while amplifying deals openings.
- Deliver deals and productivity through key measurements: Sales, Conversion, Sales Per Worked Hours(SPWH), Customer Data Capture(CDC) and Units Per Transaction(UPT)
- Adopt instruments and procedures to enhance representative effectiveness and increment efficiency
- Understand, bolster budgetary necessities to build the store benefit
- Manage and keep up a sheltered workplace for clients and representatives
- Partner with Operations Manager(OPSM)/Inventory Control Manager(ICM) and actualize activity intends to limit shrivel and enhance store consistence
- Create a client first culture inside all store exercises including the Expert Hot spots: Greeter, ICONS, Footwear, Dressing room and Register
- Observe, mentor and offer item information, mentor pitching abilities to drive key measurements: (Sales, Conversion, SPWH, UPT and CDC)
- Optimize chances to expand deals, CDC and client steadfastness
- Provide input and thoughts to impact item introduction and item running to build deals
- Ensure 100% retail benchmarks are reliably kept up and made strides
- Demonstrate a decent comprehension of item regularity, ideas, key volume lines to help the business activities and drive deals
Requirements:
- Expert and administration encounter, least of 2 years in a comparative position
- First experience working with Retail KPIs
- Excellent group and relational abilities and also an organized and sorted out method for working
- Demonstrated group administration encounter
- Demonstrated involvement in the mold business
- High administration introduction and adaptability, “showing others how its done”
- Fluent information of Czech and English
- Good MS Office abilities (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
