Description:
- Give specialized and investigating help identified with PC equipment and programming, cell phones and other tech instruments and items
- Initially level specialized help – calls/tickets/client communication
- Give provoke reactions to inquiries from representatives and also from customer’s site
- Documentation of issues and information database creation
- Give equipment movement groups data and fitting reports and records
- Customary revealing and in addition Service Request Management
- End-clients trainings
- Right task and investigating

Requirements:
- Dialect aptitudes: familiar English and German is required
- Specialized aptitudes (PC abilities, equipment and essential programming learning – OS, Office, Communication applications)
