IT Service Desk with fluent English and German

Description:

  • Give specialized and investigating help identified with PC equipment and programming, cell phones and other tech instruments and items 
  • Initially level specialized help – calls/tickets/client communication 
  • Give provoke reactions to inquiries from representatives and also from customer’s site 
  • Documentation of issues and information database creation 
  • Give equipment movement groups data and fitting reports and records 
  • Customary revealing and in addition Service Request Management 
  • End-clients trainings

Requirements:

  • Dialect aptitudes: familiar English and German is required
